Every human is engaged in a constant struggle between a carnal and a spiritual nature. We wrestle against profound weaknesses and steadfast selfishness. Like the Bible says: “There is none righteous, no, not one” (Romans 3:10, NKJV). As Christians, we feel called to be like Jesus and live for Him, but we “fail often” in our spiritual journey. Is this transformation even possible? Can we grow and mature spiritually? Can we attain a life of joy and peace by God’s grace? How?
